Six days of championship racing off Royal Varuna Yacht Club — the class returns to the Gulf of Thailand for the 2027 World Championship, preceded by the Open Masters and Thailand Open Nationals.

A single-handed, 4-metre racing dinghy designed in 1957 by Danish naval architect Knud Olsen, commissioned by Axel Dangaard Olsen — the class name comes from Knud Olsen’s initials, reversed. Originally built as a preparation class for the Olympic Finn, the OK has grown into a genuinely global one-design fleet, prized for being light, affordable and competitive at every level — home-built boats have been raced to a world-class standard for a fraction of the cost of Olympic classes.
The OK Dinghy International Association is the class’s world governing body, coordinating national associations, the World Ranking list, technical rules and the World and European Championships.
